Shipping and Returns
Overview
- Once we receive your order we will process and ship within 3 business days.
- We use Australia Post for our shipping.
- You will relieve an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Australian delivery
- All our puzzles are shipped using Australian post standard delivery
- For an estimation of when your puzzle will arrive please use the Australia post shipping calculator . Also checkout AusPost updates here for estimated domestic delivery times.
- Express post - we currently don’t offer this service.
- Fees - flat fee of $9 AUD to anywhere in Australia for orders under $80 AUD. Free shipping for orders above this.
International Delivery
- We offer standard international shipping to most countries with a flat rate of $28 AUD.
- We ship all international orders using Australia Post.
- International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, tariffs or surcharges on arrival at your local post office. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any additional costs.
Returns
If your Jigsaw is faulty, wrongly described, incorrect then we will aim to resolve this situation. We will provide either a full refund of your purchase or send you a replacement jigsaw.

We do not offer returns for change of mind.
